My original salesman "Brandon" was great. The day I went back to pickup our GMC Denali, Brandon was on his day off, it was not detailed, the window stickers were still applied and a sticky to glue was still on 2 windows. It was supposed to have a treatment on the outside and inside and it did not. I was told that the person who was supposed to show me the ins and outs of the electronic controls and operations of the vehicles just said thank you for buying from us. I had to experiment and watch YouTube to figure some stuff out.

service dept guys are very professional and friendly always willing to help any way thay they can.

Bait and switch!

Very good service

Easy to make appointment, tech looked at issue right away. Although they couldn’t fix the issue, Louis contacted GM and determined this was a known issue and a solution would be forthcoming. He also provided me with documentation about the issue. Sure enough, an update was pushed to my try2 days later which addressed the issue and everything seems to be working

I lucked out getting brandon as my salesman. I'm an introvert that doesn't have much to say typically. Normally car salesmen terrify me for this reason. Bur he wasn't pushy at all, very laid back, didn't even attempt to pressure me either time I came in and looked at the truck, and took his time showing me things.
